About the role
We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to train its latest language model on software development tasks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI‑generated work across core software engineering workflows. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work on your own schedule, with an immediate start date.
Required profile
- Senior or Staff Software Engineer with 5+ years at a top technology company
- Strong expertise in system design, algorithms, and software architecture
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Experience with various programming languages and development methodologies
