Stakeholder Engineer – UAE National (Dubai)

About the role

Waagner Biro Bridge Services is seeking a detail‑oriented Stakeholder Engineer to act as the bridge between technical teams and a wide range of project stakeholders. Based in Dubai, the role leverages local insight and cultural understanding to ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout engineering initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map and analyse stakeholders for engineering projects, assessing interests, influence and impact.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with project phases.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical parties, translating complex concepts into clear language.
• Gather, document and analyse stakeholder requirements, feedback and concerns, converting them into actionable specifications.
• Monitor stakeholder satisfaction, address issues proactively and maintain detailed registers and engagement logs.
• Conduct meetings, workshops and presentations to communicate progress, changes and decisions.
• Identify and mitigate stakeholder‑related risks and manage expectations during transitions.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements based on engagement metrics.

Required profile

• UAE national with strong local market knowledge.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management or relationship coordination within engineering or technical projects.
• Strong analytical ability to assess needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
