About the role
Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Stakeholder Manager (Buildings) to act as the primary liaison with authorities in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate hand‑over processes, obtain permits and ensure compliance with all stakeholder requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with authority representatives to facilitate hand‑over, permitting and issuance of NOCs.
- Maintain documentation and asset records in line with authority and employer standards.
- Interact regularly with program management, design/engineering, purchasing, construction and other functional groups.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including knowledge of authority procedures.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Established network with local authorities and deep understanding of their requirements.
