Steward – Luxury Hotel Kitchen Support

About the role

The Meydan Hotel is seeking a dedicated Steward to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and service excellence within its luxury kitchen and dining areas. This role supports chefs and service staff, ensuring smooth operations during peak service periods.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, restaurant and service areas at all times.
• Wash, sanitize and store dishes, glassware, cutlery and kitchen equipment according to hotel standards.
• Assist chefs and service staff with basic kitchen and service support tasks.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling following hotel procedures.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, luxury hotel environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and perform manual tasks.
