Store Keeper

About the role

We are looking for a Store Keeper to manage all warehouse and inventory activities for Visioneers. The successful candidate will ensure that all assets, equipment and consumables are received, stored, issued and tracked efficiently to support production, events and administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record deliveries, verifying that items match purchase orders and quality standards.
• Organise, label and maintain stock in an orderly system.
• Issue materials and equipment to staff based on approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct periodic cycle counts.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise replenishment alerts to the procurement team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and storage regulations.
• Coordinate logistics for delivery and collection of items across projects and events.
• Support asset tagging, tracking and disposal processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Physically fit to handle lifting and movement of stock when required.
• Organised, reliable and attentive to detail.

Required skills

• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse practices.
• Familiarity with ERP or other inventory management systems.
