Store Manager – Dubai Mall

About the role

OVS, a leading Italian fashion brand, is expanding its presence in the United Arab Emirates with a flagship store at Dubai Mall. We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the store, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute sales performance targets to maximise profitability.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate store staff to ensure high productivity.
• Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment and daily store operations.
• Foster customer loyalty through a customer‑centric approach and high service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Proven store management experience, preferably with premium or fashion brands.
• Strong customer focus and a positive, proactive attitude.
