About the role
OVS, a leading Italian fashion brand, is expanding its presence in the United Arab Emirates with a flagship store at Dubai Mall. We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the store, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set and execute sales performance targets to maximise profitability.
- Recruit, train, coach and evaluate store staff to ensure high productivity.
- Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment and daily store operations.
- Foster customer loyalty through a customer‑centric approach and high service standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Proven store management experience, preferably with premium or fashion brands.
- Strong customer focus and a positive, proactive attitude.
