Store Manager – Emirati District (Dubai Airport)

About the role

The Emirati District is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations at its flagship location within Dubai International Airport. You will ensure a seamless shopping experience, uphold brand standards, and drive sales in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring cleanliness, product availability, and visual standards.
• Supervise and schedule staff, monitor attendance, provide training, and address HR issues.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining premium customer service.
• Handle escalated customer complaints professionally.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate replenishment with the factory team.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and adapts to sales performance.
• Guarantee compliance with airport authority regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in retail operations or a supervisory role, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
• Ability to work shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong planning, organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to customer‑service excellence.
• Awareness of visual merchandising principles.
