Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead a luxury boutique in Dubai, driving sales performance and ensuring the brand’s high‑end image is consistently delivered. This senior role combines strategic analysis, team leadership, and full operational oversight to exceed targets and enhance profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store to achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs through performance analysis and commercial opportunity identification.
• Maintain luxury brand standards, ensuring exceptional customer service and handling complaints effectively.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations including stock takes, inventory accuracy, health & safety, security and loss prevention.
• Manage P&L, budgets and financial performance, driving profitability and cost control.

Required profile

• Significant experience in the UAE luxury fashion market with a proven record of sales growth.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple store locations and drive turnover and profitability.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail trends, customer expectations and brand positioning.
• Hands‑on leadership style with expertise in recruitment, training, performance management and team development.
