Store Operations Leader

About the role

talabat is seeking an experienced Store Operations Leader to manage end‑to‑end store activities, from staffing and scheduling to inventory control and order fulfillment. The role ensures efficient store performance, profitability, and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations including staffing, scheduling, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and expense control.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, prevent out‑of‑stock situations, and coordinate replenishment based on demand planning.
• Supervise store personnel, ensure resource efficiency, and meet service level standards.
• Monitor and control costs against budget, maximize cost‑effectiveness, and manage shrinkage.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment, infrastructure, and material handling tools.
• Implement hygiene, sanitation, security, and safety standards while delivering high customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supermarket or restaurant operations.
• Strong communication skills and a hands‑on attitude.
• Robust interpersonal and intercultural abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with inventory management processes.
• Knowledge of store operational SOPs and cost control.
