About the role
The Storekeeper will manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, issuance and dispatch of materials while maintaining precise inventory records. The role supports project and department needs by coordinating material movements and upholding safety and HSE standards.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Identify, label, store and arrange items properly within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers and returns.
- Prepare materials for issuance to projects, departments or site teams based on approved requests.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Project and Finance teams regarding material movements.
- Ensure safe storage of materials and compliance with HSE requirements.
- Update inventory information in ERP/WMS and generate regular stock reports.
