About the role
The Stores Coordinator will support overall stock management of medical consumables, ensuring appropriate levels and timely distribution to various business units within Mediclinic Al Jowhara Hospital.
Key responsibilities
- Issue, order and record relevant stock levels.
- Monitor and maintain consumable stock according to standard procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks related to deliveries, vendor queries, ordering and system processing.
- Participate actively in both planned and unplanned stock takes.
- Unpack, label and store stock following standard guidelines.
Required profile
- Grade 12 certificate; a relevant qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical materials stock management.
Required skills
- Client service and related management principles.
- Knowledge of stock reporting.
- Familiarity with stock management systems and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
