Strategic Insights Consultant (Economics & Public Sector) - Remote

About the role

Infomineo, an AI-enhanced research company serving consulting firms, Fortune 500 companies and government entities, is hiring a Strategic Insights Consultant (Economics & Public Sector) on a full-time basis. The role turns economic, socioeconomic and public sector research into clear, actionable narratives for clients, and suits professionals with experience at top-tier consulting firms who enjoy economic analysis and policy evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Synthesize complex macroeconomic data, public policy reports and sector studies into clear insights aligned with client objectives.
• Evaluate macroeconomic trends, public expenditure, economic development initiatives and regulatory frameworks to support government entities and management consultancies.
• Develop narratives and presentations that explain the significance of economic and policy research to senior stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to help public sector entities and international institutions optimize economic strategy and policy design.
• Work with internal research teams to ensure analytical methods are sound and thorough.
• Engage directly with public sector organizations, development funds and consulting partners to refine deliverables.
• Contribute to internal best practices for synthesizing economic data and public sector business cases.

Required profile

• 5-10 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or Tier 1 preferred), with a track record of strategic insights on economics, public policy or economic development.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Finance, Business or a related field; Master's in Economics, MPA/MPP or MBA is a plus.
• Client-focused, proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for public sector transformation and evidence-based policy.
