Strategy and Corporate Performance Senior Officer

About the role

The Strategy and Corporate Performance Senior Officer will support the development, monitoring and continuous improvement of Dubai’s strategic and operational plans. You will work closely with senior leadership to analyse internal and external factors, track performance against KPIs and ensure risk, quality and excellence standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation and regular update of strategic and operational plans and oversee their implementation.
• Conduct internal and external strategic analyses to identify opportunities, challenges and priorities.
• Develop, review and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets, analysing results and recommending improvements.
• Track progress of strategic initiatives and projects, highlighting challenges and associated risks.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and dashboards for institutional decision‑making.
• Support risk‑management, quality and institutional‑excellence processes, including gap assessments.
• Review and enhance institutional policies, processes and procedures in line with best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Planning, Business Administration, Quality & Institutional Excellence or a related field from an accredited university.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in strategy, performance management, quality or institutional excellence.
• UAE nationality required.
