Strategy Manager – Commercial Due Diligence

About the role

The Strategy Manager will independently lead analytical and financial engagements across commercial due diligence, feasibility studies, and strategic projects. You will translate ambiguous business problems into structured analyses, build and stress‑test financial models, and deliver data‑driven commercial insights to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business questions into clear analytical frameworks.
• Lead the construction, review, and scenario testing of financial models.
• Develop commercial insights and strategic recommendations grounded in data.
• Support senior stakeholders with defensible investment views and strategic options.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in commercial due diligence and strategy engagements.
• Proven ability to structure workstreams, identify value drivers, and formulate investment theses.
• Strong business acumen with the capacity to understand new sectors quickly.
• Independent workstream leadership and ability to deliver under high‑pressure timelines.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modeling (real estate, infrastructure, financial services).
• Scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and return metrics (IRR, NPV, payback).
• Rapid diagnosis of model issues and refinement of assumptions.
• CFA Level II (or higher) preferred.
