Strategy Manager – Performance Enablement (Arabic speaker)

About the role

The Strategy Manager – Performance Enablement will join a leading public‑sector organisation in Ras Al Khaimah. Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Performance, the role will shape the performance‑excellence framework, translate Vision 2030 priorities into measurable outcomes and provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design and embed an organisation‑wide performance excellence and KPI framework.
• Translate strategic priorities and Vision 2030 into objectives, KPIs and targets.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Produce executive‑level performance reports, dashboards and insights.
• Partner with sector heads and business units to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop performance policies, governance structures and improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate performance excellence or a mix of consulting and in‑house roles.
• Experience with senior leadership in complex, public‑sector or government environments, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
