Strategy & Operations Internship – 2027

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Strategy & Operations Intern to join its fast‑growing fintech team in Dubai for the 2027 Internship Programme. Over an 8‑10 week paid period you will work on real‑world projects that improve product flows, support vendor performance and help shape new features for millions of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise product and onboarding workflows to enhance the customer experience.
• Conduct research and propose new feature ideas aligned with business goals.
• Support vendor management activities and track performance metrics.
• Assist the Strategy & Operations team with data‑driven decision making and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Current university student pursuing a degree in business, finance, economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work on cross‑functional projects.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and spend approximately three days per week on‑site.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
