Strategy & Performance Project Manager – Balanced Scorecard

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Strategy & Performance Project Manager to join a respected public‑sector institution in Dubai. The role focuses on implementing a Balanced Scorecard framework, defining KPIs, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and rollout of the Balanced Scorecard across multiple departments.
• Define, finalize and maintain key performance indicators and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to align strategic and operational objectives.
• Prepare executive board presentations and strategic review materials.
• Contribute to a major organisational project in partnership with the Human Capital team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy development, execution or performance management.
• Strong knowledge of Balanced Scorecard methodology and KPI frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and confidence presenting at board level.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Independent, reliable, analytical and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
