Strategy Senior Consultant – Dubai

About the role

Join EY-Parthenon Strategy as a Senior Consultant in Dubai, working on high‑impact projects for global corporates, governments and sovereign wealth funds across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead work streams on long‑term strategy roadmaps, market entry, growth and digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with clients to define engagement objectives, scope and deliverables.
• Translate large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data into actionable plans and recommendations.
• Support C‑suite executives on strategic and transaction decisions.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of consulting or strategy‑related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑ranking university; MBA or Master’s from a top business school is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% within the MENA region.

Required skills

• Develop business strategies using market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting and portfolio optimization.
• Review transaction rationale and deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks.
• Collect, analyze and translate large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data into realistic plans and actionables.
