Structural Engineer

About the role

KEO Group is seeking a qualified Structural Engineer to join its Dubai office. The role involves delivering design and construction management services across the full project lifecycle for high‑profile, complex developments.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring contractual requirements are met.
• Oversee design and construction management activities from concept through delivery.
• Lead on‑site construction supervision, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards and quality benchmarks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules covering procurement, planning, design and construction phases.
• Perform detailed structural calculations, simulations and peer reviews to validate design integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers and contractors to integrate structural systems.
• Support construction teams by reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs and resolving design‑related issues.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering degree and professional registration.
• Proven experience in structural design and construction management.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
