Structured Sales Associate – MENA Markets (Dubai)

About the role

Goldman Sachs is seeking a motivated Associate to join its Equity Structured Sales desk focused on MENA clients in Dubai. You will work with institutional investors, private banks and broker‑dealers to deliver tailored equity‑linked products and derivative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior sales staff in building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients across the MENA region.
• Provide structured solutions on global equities, commodities and fixed‑income products.
• Coordinate pre‑trade and post‑trade activities with trading, structuring and origination teams.
• Collaborate with the research team to deliver market insights and respond to client inquiries.
• Manage client data and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in sales or structuring.
• Strong interest in global financial markets and derivatives.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑moving, international environment.

Required skills

• Understanding of structured products and equity flow derivatives.
