Studio Manager (Lead Instructor) – Relocation to Abu Dhabi

About the role

This launch position combines teaching and studio leadership for a new boutique Pilates studio in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi. You will start as Lead Instructor, driving pre‑sale membership and class delivery, then transition to full Studio Manager overseeing operations, team and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the franchisee to set studio standards, culture and tone from day one.
• Lead the presale campaign, secure founding memberships and support marketing activities.
• Deliver scheduled Pilates‑inspired classes with precise cueing and injury‑aware modifications.
• Mentor and onboard the instructor team, ensuring brand‑consistent teaching.
• After 3‑4 months, assume full studio management: daily operations, member experience, team scheduling, KPI monitoring and growth initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, on‑brand environment and manage studio social media and local partnerships.

Required profile

• Certified Personal Trainer or recognised Pilates certification (Mat or Reformer).
• Strong group‑fitness teaching experience (Pilates, HIIT, cycling, barre or similar).
• Previous team leadership or studio‑management experience, or clear readiness to step up.
• Commercial awareness with confidence in sales and membership conversations.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Mindbody (or similar studio management software) – advantage.
