About the role
As a Senior Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, delivering outstanding service while identifying growth opportunities for NES Fircroft.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors, conducting regular account reviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and produce performance reports.
- Identify and develop business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Support recruitment activities, onboarding, mobilisation and compliance processes.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in a recruitment agency, staffing or workforce solutions environment.
- Proven relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness with a results‑driven mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
Required skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
