Study Abroad Counsellor – Education Sales (Dubai)

About the role

The Study Abroad Counsellor will support prospective students in Dubai who wish to pursue undergraduate or postgraduate programmes abroad. Working within a fast‑moving EdTech consultancy, you will combine advisory expertise with consultative sales to guide applicants through university selection and enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed counselling sessions to understand student goals and recommend suitable international programmes.
• Assist applicants with university course selection, entry requirements and admission procedures.
• Prepare and manage student documentation portfolios to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Follow up leads regularly, maintain engagement and achieve enrollment targets.
• Stay updated on global visa regulations, destination trends and university admission standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in EdTech, education sales or study‑abroad recruitment.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.

Required skills

• Familiarity with international university application portals.
• Experience with student document management platforms.
• Knowledge of lead tracking systems.
