Subject Matter Expert – Reliability Engineering

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Reliability Engineering to lead the deployment, operational monitoring, and sustainment of its Predictive Analytics and Asset Performance solutions across customer operations in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end deployment and operationalisation of AVEVA predictive analytics models.
• Provide technical leadership for reliability engineering, predictive maintenance and asset performance management initiatives.
• Integrate predictive insights across rotating, static, electrical, process and integrity engineering domains.
• Establish and govern a reliability and value‑realisation framework, including KPI tracking and continuous improvement.
• Ensure sustained adoption of predictive solutions and deliver measurable business value.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in reliability engineering and predictive maintenance.
• Experience with asset performance management and operational governance.
• Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines and translate AI‑generated insights into actionable improvements.
• Strong track record of delivering reliability improvements and quantifiable programme outcomes.
