Subject Matter Expert – Reliability Engineering (RAM Analysis, FMEA)

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Reliability Engineering to lead the deployment, monitoring, and sustainment of its Predictive Analytics and Asset Performance Management solutions across the Middle East. You will translate AI‑generated insights into actionable reliability improvements and measurable business value for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end solution deployment and model enablement for predictive analytics projects.
• Interpret, validate, and operationalise model outputs to ensure reliable asset performance.
• Govern KPI tracking, value realization, and continuous improvement of deployed solutions.
• Integrate predictive insights across rotating, static, electrical, process, and integrity engineering domains.
• Collaborate with customers to drive adoption, sustainment, and long‑term reliability gains.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in reliability engineering and predictive maintenance.
• Proven ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines and manage complex programmes.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable operational and financial benefits.
