Subject Matter Expert – Static Equipment (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Static Equipment to lead the deployment and sustainment of its Predictive Analytics and Asset Performance solutions across customer operations in the Middle East. The role combines deep static equipment and integrity engineering knowledge with predictive maintenance expertise to turn AI‑generated insights into measurable reliability and financial benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end deployment and operationalisation of predictive analytics and asset performance solutions at customer sites.
• Provide static equipment and asset‑integrity expertise during asset onboarding, solution configuration, and model development.
• Interpret, validate, and operationalise predictive model outputs to ensure they deliver tangible reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with analytics, data‑science, product, and engineering teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Work closely with customer operations, maintenance, reliability, inspection and engineering teams to monitor performance and drive continuous value.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, tanks and piping.
• Strong background in asset integrity and reliability engineering.
• Proven ability to translate predictive model results into operational actions.
• Excellent collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to work onsite in Abu Dhabi on a full‑time basis.
