Supervisor – EGM Operations

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Supervisor to lead its EGM Operations team, ensuring premium service for high‑value guests at the upcoming integrated resort.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support EGM Attendants to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Oversee jackpot payouts, hand pays, account verifications and other sensitive transactions.
• Monitor EGM machine performance, coordinate with technical teams and resolve malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational policies and GCGRA requirements.
• Manage guest escalations with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain the presentation, cleanliness and readiness of the EGM floor.
• Support promotional activities, special events and EGM‑related programs.
• Prepare shift reports, incident logs and performance summaries.
• Contribute to training, coaching and development of EGM Attendants.
• Collaborate with Surveillance, Security and Technical Services for safe operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or business education preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in EGM operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of EGM functionality, payout procedures and operational controls.
• Excellent communication, leadership and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage high‑value guests with discretion and service excellence.
• Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.

Required skills

• Familiarity with gaming management systems and reporting tools.
