Supervisor / Foreman – Interiors & Fit‑out

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor/Foreman to lead interior fit‑out projects for our luxury hospitality, commercial and retail clients in Dubai. The role is full‑time and based on‑site, reporting to the project manager and ensuring that all works are delivered on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise daily construction and interior fit‑out activities on site.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site workers and material deliveries.
• Interpret architectural drawings, specifications and finish schedules.
• Maintain health, safety and compliance standards throughout the project.
• Monitor progress, resolve on‑site issues and communicate updates to project managers and clients.
• Control material usage and ensure proper installation of finishes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a construction supervisor or foreman in the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit‑out materials, finishes and installation techniques.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good physical condition and a valid UAE driving licence.
• Relevant certifications or technical training in construction or interior fit‑out management.
