Supervisor – Instrument & Control Maintenance (P5)

About the role

The Supervisor I‑C Maintenance will lead a team responsible for the upkeep of instrument and control equipment and systems at the Habshan site. The role ensures high equipment availability, reliability and safety while supporting ADNOC’s operational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance activities for instrument and control assets.
• Monitor progress, generate reports and ensure timely, quality execution of work orders.
• Provide technical support, prepare scopes of work, manage contracts and cost reporting for equipment repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, fault logs and equipment history databases.
• Conduct daily/weekly safety toolbox talks and enforce safe work practices.
• Supervise testing, commissioning and shutdown activities for new or modified systems.
• Manage material availability, issue requisitions and ensure spare parts are stocked.

Required profile

• Diploma in Instrument/Control Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in instrument and control maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within the oil and gas industry.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control and contract negotiation.
• Ability to lead direct and indirect reports as defined by the organization chart.
