  • Provide management reports to the department head, coordinate special engineering projects and give regular professional guidance.
  • Coach and guide team members, building a performance-driven, engaged team.

Required profile

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Aircraft Engineering, Aeronautical, Aerospace, Electro-Mechanical or another engineering discipline, or a higher diploma/certificate from a recognized institution.
  • Project Management certificate, or equivalent proven experience, is essential.
  • 8+ years in aviation, 5 of them in aircraft maintenance planning and technical records control or a similar role; Airbus A320 experience preferred.
  • Experience with CAMO requirements and with Civil Aviation Authorities, preferably GCAA.
  • Experience leading engineers and technicians in a busy, ad-hoc environment.
  • Knowledge of commercial, quality assurance, safety and audit practices, and of designing and monitoring policies and operating manuals.

Required skills

  • Specialized knowledge of aircraft planning systems and techniques.
  • Cost control, compliance, budgeting and quality assurance (certificates are an added value).
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
