Supervisor - Uniform Control

About the role

The Uniform Control Supervisor will lead the resort’s uniform operations, ensuring a seamless flow of clean and correctly sized garments for all staff. Reporting to the Assistant Wardrobe Manager, you will coordinate daily activities, manage inventory, and uphold service standards across the uniform department.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the uniform conveyor system to guarantee smooth functionality.
• Prepare weekly duty rosters and supervise departmental workflow.
• Oversee delivery of clean uniforms from the Laundry Department and manage uniform fittings for new hires.
• Maintain uniform fitting sheets, requisition supplies, and conduct physical inventory checks.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and monitor daily production output of tailors and seamstresses.
• Conduct performance evaluations for Uniform Control attendants and supervise the flow of uniforms to and from laundry.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high‑volume wardrobe operations, preferably with automated conveyor and UHF RFID systems.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities with solid administrative background.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Inventory Management Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with UHF RFID uniform management systems.
