Supply Chain Analyst – UAE

About the role

The Supply Chain Analyst will support Al-Futtaim Automotive’s supply chain function by improving SAP processes, coordinating demand planning and inventory management, and delivering performance insights. The role works closely with sales, marketing, finance and operations to ensure efficient product flow across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and interpret data on costs, sales and demand patterns.
• Investigate supply chain issues, identify root causes and develop corrective solutions.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and present findings in divisional meetings.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, monitor shipment clearance and update dashboard performance charts.
• Manage demand planning and inventory for all product categories, including safety stock calculations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align supply with brand requirements.
• Report inventory levels, highlight risks and recommend actions.
• Support short‑ and long‑term planning cycles, ensuring accuracy with finance.
• Lead projects to improve supply chain processes in line with industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in an ISO‑certified environment.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and multitask.
