Supply Chain Coordinator – MENA (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will support end‑to‑end supply chain operations for Abbott’s Rapid Diagnostics – Infectious Diseases business across the Middle East and North Africa. Reporting from the UAE, the role ensures product availability, monitors order execution and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate supply requirements between commercial teams, customer service, manufacturing sites and distribution partners.
• Monitor order execution to achieve on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) delivery and track supply constraints, shortages and risks.
• Provide visibility of product availability and supply risks to commercial stakeholders and support business continuity.
• Assist with special business opportunities, strategic supply initiatives and regional supply review processes.
• Identify and implement process simplifications, support Supply Chain Excellence projects and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• UAE National (Emirati).
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, customer service or business analytics.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with experience working in cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
