Supply Chain Data Analyst – Intra‑day Transportation Management

About the role

Amazon’s Supply Chain team is looking for a data‑driven analyst to support intra‑day transportation capacity management. You will work with large data sets, monitor dashboards, and implement change requests quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor multiple transportation dashboards and process change requests from partner teams throughout the day.
• Deploy requested changes within defined SLA while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to support business growth under constrained conditions.
• Identify and implement automation tools to scale processes rapidly.
• Roll out best practices from other regions to reduce end‑to‑end supply‑chain losses.
• Communicate data‑driven insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience managing large data sets to drive performance improvements.
• Strong analytical, planning, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shift structures, including nights and weekends.
• Preferred experience in e‑commerce or retail transportation functions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (macros, pivots, lookups, arrays, conditional lists).
• SQL scripting.
• Python programming.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies.
