Supply Chain Executive (Hospitality)

About the role

IIQAF Group is looking for a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage procurement, inventory flow, vendor coordination and logistics within its hospitality division in Abu Dhabi. The role supports end‑to‑end supply chain activities to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end‑to‑end supply chain operations for hospitality needs.
• Handle procurement of goods, materials and services.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors and internal departments.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Support logistics planning and delivery coordination.
• Maintain accurate purchase orders, invoices and supply records.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate pricing where required.
• Assist in inventory forecasting and demand planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in hospitality or FMCG industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems.
