Supply Chain Faculty – Corporate Training

About the role

Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Faculty to design and deliver high‑quality training programs across the Middle East, India, and Europe. The role combines academic expertise with corporate training to help organisations improve their supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom, virtual, and on‑site training on modern supply chain and logistics practices.
• Develop industry‑focused courses that achieve measurable learning outcomes.
• Assess client needs, identify process gaps, and provide expert mentoring to enhance operational performance.
• Create learner‑centric training materials, presentations, and assessments.
• Organise seminars, workshops, and webinars aligned with current industry trends.
• Collaborate with corporate clients and internal faculty to customise training programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in supply chain and logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven track record delivering corporate or professional training.
• Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
