Supply Chain Finance Consultant

About the role

HCL TechBee is seeking a highly talented and self‑motivated Supply Chain Finance Consultant to join its growing team in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on implementing and supporting Supply Chain Finance solutions for banking clients, leveraging best‑practice technologies and agile delivery methods.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure Supply Chain Finance products such as Qualco Proxima, Finverity, and Finastra.
• Design, develop, and optimise database objects (SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, functions) on Oracle 19c.
• Develop Java EE components including Enterprise Beans, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, XML, and JSF.
• Integrate middleware platforms (JBoss, RHEL) and write Unix shell scripts for deployment automation.
• Deploy and manage solutions on Azure Cloud, ensuring security and performance standards.
• Collaborate in Agile teams, conduct technical research, benchmark technologies, and maintain high‑quality documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Supply Chain Finance domain and related systems.
• Strong understanding of banking terminology and Supply Chain Finance processes.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.
