Supply Chain Lead – Beauty Supply Chain (GCC)

About the role

We are launching a new beauty venture across the GCC and need a hands‑on Supply Chain Lead who can own the end‑to‑end flow of products from registration to shelf. You will work directly with regulators, manufacturers and logistics partners to ensure fast, compliant and cost‑effective market entry.

Key responsibilities

• Regulatory & Compliance: manage product registration, brand licensing and all compliance documentation for Kuwait, UAE, KSA and Egypt; monitor regulatory updates and act as the primary point of contact.
• Production & Supply Chain: place and oversee production orders, negotiate pricing, MOQs and timelines with suppliers, and maintain strict quality control.
• Logistics: coordinate end‑to‑end shipping, resolve delays quickly and guarantee that products arrive at the right location on schedule.
• Continuous Improvement: track new ingredients, packaging formats and manufacturing methods; introduce innovations that improve quality, reduce cost or accelerate time‑to‑market; help build scalable processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in beauty supply chain, preferably within a start‑up or fast‑growing brand.
• Deep knowledge of GCC regulatory requirements and a track record of successful product registrations.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage suppliers until commitments are fulfilled.
• Understanding of Middle‑East beauty logistics, including paperwork, timelines and regional quirks.
• Proactive mindset – you identify gaps and fill them without waiting for direction.
• Experience with Sahel or other regional trade platforms is a plus.
