Supply Chain Lead – End-to-End Planning, Procurement & Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Lead to own end‑to‑end supply chain operations—including demand and supply planning, procurement and logistics—for a fast‑scaling business operating across the Gulf region. The successful candidate will drive improvements in service levels, cost efficiency and working capital while building a high‑performing, multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead demand and supply planning, procurement and logistics activities across the UAE and wider Gulf region.
• Improve service levels, reduce costs and optimise working capital as volumes increase.
• Manage relationships and performance of suppliers and third‑party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Develop, coach and mentor a multicultural supply chain team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply chain strategy with business growth objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, with proven leadership in planning and logistics.
• Strong background in FMCG or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to or already operating in the Gulf region.
• Fluent English communication skills.
