Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator ensures the smooth flow of goods, materials, and information across the supply chain. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the role supports timely deliveries and operational efficiency while providing hands‑on experience in logistics management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules.
• Track and monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse activities.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Assist in planning and executing inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Support performance monitoring through reporting and analysis of logistics metrics.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Stay up‑to‑date with logistics systems, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational coordination is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of inventory management, transportation, and warehouse processes.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently to meet deadlines.
