Supply Chain & Operations Specialist – Pharmacy

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain & Operations Specialist with a pharmacy background to ensure product availability, manage supplier and customer interactions, and maintain regulatory compliance. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to support the efficient delivery of healthcare products.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company with local health authorities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare demand forecasts by consolidating sales data and market requirements.
• Create and manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and secure timely procurement.
• Monitor sales orders to guarantee product availability and on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate logistics activities, including shipment documentation and delivery follow‑up.
• Maintain ERP data for customers, products, pricing, and inventory.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, registered with the EDE in the UAE.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, demand planning, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
