Supply Chain Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to lead our warehouse and logistics operations within the tobacco industry. The role focuses on maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, and coordinating the flow of goods from suppliers to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and guarantee stock accuracy across the warehouse.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with logistics partners.
• Oversee procurement of materials and supplies to meet production schedules.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO and other stock control procedures.
• Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliations.
• Maintain warehouse efficiency, storage optimization, and safety standards.
• Handle import/export documentation and shipping paperwork.
• Collaborate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and logistics providers.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in the tobacco industry, specifically in warehouse management, logistics, inventory control, and procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical, operational management, and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using inventory management software.
