Supply Chain Trainee

About the role

Join Chalhoub Group’s supply chain team as a Trainee, supporting the end‑to‑end flow of luxury products across stores and warehouses in the Middle East. You will work closely with brand, logistics and retail teams to ensure timely product availability and contribute to data‑driven category planning. The role provides exposure to the Group’s omnichannel operations and its innovation hub, The Greenhouse.

Key responsibilities

• Create and process purchase orders in line with brand and category requirements.
• Monitor PO status, resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Track stock levels across stores and warehouses, initiating replenishment based on sales trends and upcoming activations.
• Coordinate shipment and delivery schedules to meet launch dates.
• Support logistics for new product launches in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Collect and consolidate sales, stock and purchase data for category planning.
• Analyse performance metrics and share insights with management.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to numerical accuracy and detail.
• Highly organized and methodical with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrates a strong aptitude for numbers, systems and process optimisation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data reporting.
