Support Engineer 1 Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Support Engineer 1 will support delivery and ongoing operations of Oracle Health solutions across the Middle East and international clients. Arabic and English proficiency is essential to engage customers effectively in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Health solutions, including the Clinical AI Agent.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across front‑end and back‑end applications.
• Perform application maintenance activities to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, electronic, and in‑person channels.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and lessons learned for each service request.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and travel up to 20% as needed.
• Deliver Arabic and English language support, including verbal and written translation.
