Swimming Pool Technician

About the role

Accor is looking for a detail‑oriented Swimming Pool Technician to join its Ras Al Khaimah team. You will ensure the pool area meets the highest standards of water quality, safety and equipment performance for guests and members.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity) using testing kits and analytical equipment.
• Perform daily cleaning of pool surfaces, decks and surrounding areas.
• Inspect, service and troubleshoot filtration systems, pumps and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain records of water tests, chemical treatments and equipment maintenance.
• Operate chlorination and water‑treatment systems in line with safety regulations.
• Identify equipment faults, carry out repairs or coordinate with maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety and environmental standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and manage inventory of chemicals and spare parts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pool maintenance, water treatment or aquatic facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of pool chemistry and water‑quality management.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and follow detailed procedures.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks and handle equipment.
