T24 Business Analyst – Core Banking Transformation

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Lead Business Analyst in a Core Banking Transformation program. You will work within a Temenos T24/Transact environment, translating business needs into functional specifications and ensuring seamless delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and capture business requirements for core banking modules.
• Produce Business Requirements Documents, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Analyse existing T24 (R18) processes, identify gaps, and define migration changes.
• Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix to ensure end‑to‑end coverage.
• Collaborate with technical teams to convert business needs into development‑ready specifications.
• Support functional gap analysis between standard T24/Transact functionality and client‑specific requirements.
• Document BIAN‑aligned service domain requirements, including API contracts.
• Assist with reporting requirements, data definitions, and User Acceptance Testing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience in core banking or large‑scale banking transformation projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of Temenos T24/Transact modules (Accounts, Lending, Money Markets, Funds Transfer, Payments).
• Understanding of the BIAN Service Domain Model and API‑first architecture principles.
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality functional and business documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
