About the role

The Tailor – Alterations will deliver high‑quality garment modifications while providing courteous customer service. You will manage the alteration process from order intake to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Perform alterations such as hemming, resizing, repairs, and adjustments on a variety of garments.
Operate sewing machines and hand‑sewing tools safely and efficiently, meeting agreed timelines.
Assist the Shop Manager with daily store operations and take charge during their absence.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and follow company policies.

Required profile

Diploma or certification in tailoring or garment manufacturing (preferred).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tailoring or garment alterations.
Good knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and sewing techniques.
Strong attention to detail and effective time‑management skills.
