Talent Acquisition & Attraction Specialist

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Attraction Specialist to join its Dubai team. The role will support the company’s Emiratization commitment by managing the full recruitment lifecycle for UAE nationals and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
• Drive recruitment initiatives that attract top talent and support employer branding efforts.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing recruitment expertise and guidance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
• Prioritise recruitment activities to meet timely and quality hiring targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 months of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to Emiratization or similar talent development programs.
• UAE national holding a Family Book.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Experience with full‑cycle recruitment.
• Familiarity with employer branding and talent attraction techniques.
