Key responsibilities

• Introduce the Flowmingo platform to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision‑makers in your network.
• Help prospective users understand how Flowmingo integrates into their hiring workflow.
• Provide feedback on user experience to support product improvement.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or consulting experience with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with no fixed schedule or quota.
